“We’re not Google” is actually a phrase I hear quite often from clients and it makes me happy.  If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times: there is no one size fits all office design solution.  It is refreshing to hear people wanting to find their own identity, their own way to work.  It makes me feel like the finished space will be one that supports the client, their employees and their product (whatever that may be).  I couldn’t agree more with this article and their six tips to creating a “ harmonious work environment”.  The bottom line is the most important; focus on your people and on making them happy so they will perform for you and make you money.
