Newcombe Design was retained by the hospital to develop the interior design program for furniture, furnishings and finishes for 550,000 sq. ft. of new and infill construction and 600,000 sq. ft. of renovation. We were responsible for the selection, evaluation and specification of all interior finish materials, furniture and furnishings.
Our furniture responsibilities included budget development related to generic furniture lists, inventory review, assessment and integration with new furniture requirements, preparation of furniture plans and tender documents for furniture, tender analysis, award recommendation and preparation of purchase order preparation forms.
