Booking software will allow employees to reserve desks or meeting rooms as required. Even the managing general partner will have to find a seat each day which I think is especially important not only because executive offices are so often vacant but also I think its important for all the other employees to see that even the boss has bought into this new way of life. They are aware that they cannot please everyone but that most people are excited, especially the younger employees.
