Avison Young Head Office

Reimagining Avison Young’s new office space at 222 Bay as a thriving hub of innovation and productivity. The new space spans 27,000 square feet across floors 24 and 25, connected by an internal staircase. Avison Young aims to create an innovative design that reflects their brand and values while promoting collaboration through technology and flexible furniture solutions. The project had a strong focus on WELL and LEED principals, with the desire to achieve certification on this build.
