Fairview Lodge LTC

We were part of the design team assembled by MMMC Architects to work with Fairview Lodge, and Durham Region on the development of the interior design program for their new 198 bed long term care facility.

Our scope of work included furniture planning, the selection, evaluation and specification of interior finish materials and colours and the selection, specification and tendering of furniture and furnishings including interior signage, artwork, window coverings, bedspreads and privacy curtains.

We worked closely with Durham Region and Fairview Lodge representatives to ensure the interior design program reflected their philosophy of resident centered care resulting in a warm, residential and supportive environment for their residents.
