Finastra, a global leader in financial services software and cloud solutions based in the UK, was looking to consolidate their two offices in Mississauga into one new Canadian Headquarters. The headquarters would consolidate their two current offices in Mississauga into five floors of 75,000 sq. ft. office space to accommodate 600 employees.

CBRE handled project management and X-Design led the team through all phases of design to provide eight unique café spaces to inspire innovation and collaboration, two reception zones, a main cafeteria, modular training rooms and design of agile workspace with the thoughtful integration of technology. The design team also developed custom signage and wayfinding and executed the procurement of all new furniture throughout.
