Fitch Ratings, one of the top three credit rating agencies internationally, aims to create a collaborative workspace with enhanced acoustic privacy by integrating open workstations, collaboration zones, and enclosed meeting rooms equipped with AV technology to facilitate communication with international offices. Seeking assistance for their renovation, Fitch wanted to ensure the new space meets various workspace functions, including open workstations, collaborative zones, enclosed meeting spaces, and an open town hall/lunch area.

To meet these needs, X-Design included areas of open collaboration and meeting spaces for non-private discussions, such as an open town hall/lunchroom for staff. X-Design also provided enclosed meeting rooms of various sizes with high levels of acoustic privacy, ensuring that AV technology was included in every meeting space to ease communication among team members in different international offices. Constant communication amongst the client, contractor, and consultants ensured project success by avoiding misunderstandings.
