Kipling Acres LTC Home

We were retained by Montgomery Sisam Architects to work with Kipling Acres, and the City of Toronto on the development of the interior furniture program for the new Phase 1, 192 bed long term care facility and the new Phase 2, 145 bed long term care facility.

Our scope of work included furniture planning, selection and specification of furniture and artwork as well as coordination of tendering with the City’s purchasing department, tender and product evaluations, site inspections and coordination to rectify deficiencies.
